Do customers need to install a new app?
Not at all. They use the LINE they already have — booking, paying and checking history all happen in your salon’s LINE chat.
Do you support at-home grooming?
Yes. Customers enter their address when booking, the system adds the travel fee for their zone, and they get a notification with a route link when the groomer sets off.
Can I offer boarding and daycare?
Yes — both overnight boarding (pet hotel) and day-by-day daycare. Customers pick a room, choose check-in and check-out dates, and pay the deposit in LINE.
Is there a loyalty and gift card system?
Yes, on the Pro plan: a stamp card with a rewards catalogue, plus gift cards customers can top up in advance.
What does PromptPay cost?
Nothing. Money goes straight to your salon’s account — no gateway, no commission.
